small peppers stuffed with goat cheese

10 Della Pepperazzi
8 oz soft mild goat cheese , at room temp
3 Tbsp sour cream
2 sprigs fresh thyme , leaves chopped
directions: drain liquid from peppers mix together goat cheese, sour cream & thyme until smooth. spoon into a plastic freezer bag and push to one corner , twist bag & snip the corner Pipe cheese into the peppers . top with chopped thyme
