This is a male b-day card

this card has a pocket to add a gift card as a gift cket inside when you look at the pocket I have cut 3 pieces of card stock 2x3 and each one has a different message on them , example , one opiece of card stock has the anniv date displayed

It is cool , beautiful weather this time of the year * It's Time to think Salad !!

I wanted to share a salad recipe with everyone "Mango Chicken Lettuce Wraps " If you are vegetarian , omit the chicken , this is a must try * ingredients * 1 lg mango , peeled & chopped 1 c finely chopped fresh mint 1/4 c fresh lime juice 2 tblsp asian chili sauce pinch of salt 3 c shredded chicken 12 lettuce leaves directions * in lg bowl combine mango , mint , lime juice , chili sauce & 1/4 teaspoon salt ( I use sea salt ) Toss to combine * If Making ahead , cover and refrigerate overnight . To serve , add chicken to mango mixture , toss all together to combine . Place 1/3 cup of chicken mixture in each lettuce leaf . * enjoy *Laurie *
